Follow the in-app trip status, use seat belts where available and avoid conduct that distracts the driver or creates risk.
Complete accurately
Drivers and riders should complete the correct trip in the app and report a serious discrepancy to support promptly.

Call the authorities first in an emergency
YoYo Cars is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, a crash, violence or suspected criminal activity, contact the Uganda Police Force or the appropriate emergency service.

- Verify the assigned driver and vehicle
- Use your own registered account
- Do not request transport for illegal or prohibited items
- Report account or trip concerns promptly
For drivers
- Drive only a roadworthy, authorised vehicle
- Follow traffic and transport laws
- Accept only trips you can complete safely
- Never share or misuse another person's account
