From destination to completed trip
The exact choices shown depend on your service, location and the drivers available at the time of the request.
Choose Tuk Tuk, Passenger or Freight
Choose the vehicle and service that fit your request. For freight, choose Cargo when the approximate tonnes are known or Movers to estimate a suitable vehicle from the items.
Enter the route
Set an accurate pickup and destination. Review the route and the options presented before continuing.
Review and request
Check the displayed vehicle and fare information, then confirm the request when everything is correct.
Meet the assigned driver
Match the driver and vehicle details in the app before beginning the trip.
Follow and complete
Keep the booking active in the app until the correct trip has been completed and the final status is shown.
